After uploading your audio, you will now have a project container with a single track. It has also named the project after the track. Let's try changing this:

Click the Edit Details icon in the project bar. You can now change the Project title, permalink and image.

Click Save and now your project is ready to go. If you like, you can now add additional tracks using the Upload Track and Import Track icons.
